Community Solutions of WI LLC is a private company located at the Rock County Job Center. We primarily contract with the Wisconsin Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. We have extensive experience in helping people find employment. We have helped hundreds of people find employment in
almost every field. We have four full time staff that all they do is help people find jobs. This involves crea

ting resumes, completing applications and talking with employers promoting DVR services as well as the job seekers we are working with.

Just stopped out at the soft opening for Great Harvest that is happening until 1:30.
Owned by Studer Family of Companies, which is absolutely great to work with. So many different locations/shops to choose from. Great Harvest is nestled in right next to their other shops like Bodacious Olive, and So Chopped.

Community Solutions is hiring Part-Time Job Coaches to support individuals with disabilities at their jobs—helping them learn skills, build confidence, and stay employed.
You’ll work side-by-side with people in real workplaces, helping them learn tasks step-by-step, encouraging them through challenges, and celebrating their wins along the way.
✨ No experience required—we provide training
🚗 Must have reliable transportation
💙 Patient, positive people encouraged to apply
Pay: $17–$20/hr
Flexible part-time hours (day and evening shifts)
