“I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020 and previously earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2014. My background in both massage therapy and psychology allows me to provide thoughtful, client-centered care that supports physical and overall well-being.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including large day spas, medical spas, locally owned spas, and chiropractic offices. These experiences have helped me develop a well-rounded approach that allows me to tailor every massage to the individual needs of each client.
Every session is performed with intention to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience designed specifically for you. Whether your goal is stress relief, pain management, improved mobility, or simply taking time to recharge, your comfort and wellness are always my priority.
