We are beyond proud to nominate Michelle DaSilva, our rockstar Activities Assistant, for the Integrity Star Award! ⭐ When our Program Director went on leave, Michelle stepped up big time, managing activities across all care levels without missing a beat. She put our seniors' quality of life and daily joy front and center, beautifully adapting to new programming and embracing all the feedback and support from the team around her.
