Infertility isn’t just something I’ve learned about professionally—it’s something that hits close to home in a deeply personal way. For those who don't know, we struggled with infertility when it came to conceiving our two children, and the third that we had planned but never successfully conceived. I understand the quiet grief, the frustration, and the emotional rollercoaster that often goes unseen by others. That lived experience shapes the way I show up in my work as a therapist. I strive to create a space where people feel truly understood, supported, and not alone in their journey.
