We are excited to announce that David Sell, MA, LPC has joined the practice!

David has spent the last 3 years counseling college students at Olivet Nazarene University.

He treats children 12 and older, adults, and children 9-11 on a case by case basis.

He specializes in treating ADHD, bullying, depression, anxiety, stress management, men's issues, and neurodivergency.

He utilizes a multitude of modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Reality Therapy.

David takes an empathetic, non-judgmental approach with all of his clients and meets them where they are at in their mental health journey.

David sees clients both in-person and via telehealth.

Mindfulness Moments for Kids are a series of wonderful board books that give kiddos easy-to-follow exercises they can use to manage their bodies, breath, and emotions.

Our clinicians treat children as young as 3 through geriatric age, and see couples and families as well. We help clients suffering from many issues including: anxiety, mood disorders, family conflict, self-esteem, eating disorders, PTSD and severe trauma, LGBT+/gender identity issues, and both men's and women's issues.

1. Go for a walk or hike! McKinley Woods is beautiful, or if you have extra time, make the drive down to Starved Rock State Park.

2. Throw on a warm sweater or vest and sit outside at your local coffee shop!

3. Head to your local bookstore or library! Their spooky favorites or cozy romances are sure to be on display.

4. Strolling for pumpkins and eating apple cider donuts sounds like a great trip for the day. We love it over at Heap's Giant Pumpkin Farm.

And, no matter the season, it's always a good time to talk to someone!
