May DAISY🌼 and BEE🐝 Award Winners
Congratulations to Lindsey Stacy, APRN, from the Behavioral Health team, on receiving the Daisy Award, and Angela Brady with our Hematology Oncology Clinic on receiving the BEE Award.

🌼The DAISY Award was established by the DAISY Foundation in memory of J. Patrick Barnes who died at 33 of ITP, an auto-immune disease. The Barnes Family was awestruck by the clinical skills, caring and compassion of the nurses who cared for Patrick, so they created this international award to say thank you to nurses everywhere. The award is part of the DAISY Foundation's programs to recognize the super-human efforts nurses perform every day.

🐝The BEE (Beyond Exceptional Expectations) Award was established to recognize our team members who go beyond expectations in our support and ancillary areas. Just as a daisy cannot survive without a bee, our patients rely on the support of those in our ancillary and support team members who provide exceptional care. Awards are driven by patients, family, and staff nominations.
