Today, we enjoyed an outing as part of our balance program, visiting Carthage Olive Oil Company in Carthage, Missouri. We sampled some delicious flavors and had a wonderful time exploring together! What’s your favorite olive oil flavor? 🫒

A delicious part of our balance program is eating well! Our Culinary Director and assistant Anna prepared orange-grilled salmon with Greek olive salad and red vinaigrette. We also learned about the benefits of olives from Bonnie at Natural Grocers.
