This is not so much an open mic as it is a casual circle to share, to listen, and to provoke meaningful conversations ☺️ so if you’ve been stowing away your writings in a phone note or a journal, consider this your invitation to share!

☀️ COME OUT & PLAY!!! ☀️ Coco Market is coming to Jupiter on Sunday 10/18! The day kicks off with a live music yoga class co-led by Jamie from Hamsa, Scott from Kula, and Katie from Thrive + Lotus Loft all set to acoustic guitar from Branden Singleton 😍

This event is truly such a special gathering with a pure-hearted intention to bring our whole community together. There will be so many beautiful offerings from poetry circles to sound baths to cacao ceremonies to kids yoga led by some of our areas most beloved artists and space holders. Not to mention an incredible market of local businesses steeped in wellness and conscious products.

Let’s show out Jupiter 🤙🏼 🎉🎉

Join us in welcoming Acupuncture Physician and Herbalist Sarah Hopkins Sarah Hopkins to Kula’s Healing Arts Team!!

We are so excited to expand our wellness offerings to include acupuncture to a growing array of wellness services from chiropractic and massage to holistic skin care, Ayurveda, and inner work coaching. But that said, we are even more excited to be welcoming Sarah to our team.

Sarah is a graduate of our teacher training school and former yoga teacher at OG Kula 🙌🏼 We’ve had a front row seat to her inspiring personal journey and feel so incredibly grateful to welcome this warm, bright soul to our community in this new role ♥️

Her bio…

Sarah Hopkins is a NCBAHM Board Certified Acupuncture Physician and Herbalist. Sarah earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbalism, and Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She specializes in women’s health from menarache to menopause, and everything in between. Sarah is passionate about supporting women in all phases along their health and wellness journey.

Her passion for health began in 2020 when she had an autoimmune flare and chose to heal her symptoms naturally with diet, stress reduction and other holistic modalities. Her firsthand experience of witnessing the body’s ability to heal itself sparked her career change and led her down the path of discovering Traditional Chinese Medicine. She developed a deep admiration for the intelligence of the human body and its desire to live in harmony with nature and oneself.

In addition to her most recent studies, Sarah graduated from the University of Florida, with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher who taught at both Kula Yoga Shala and Breath Salt Yoga. Born and raised in Jupiter, FL Sarah is excited and ready to serve her hometown and share her passion for deep, long-term healing.
