✨ Burn Transformation ✨
Let’s hear it for Sharon! She is consistent, puts in the work, and is proof that age is just a number 💪🏼
Read her story, in her own words:
“3.5 years ago, I was working a full-time remote job, “sitting” in front of my computer for 10-12 hours a day. My old gym was closing and I was looking for a new gym that would challenge me to become stronger, increase endurance, and lower body fat. My daughter actually introduced me to BURN and I was hooked!
Now being retired, with more free time, I crave the daily camp structure and accountability that BURN offers. The Focus Meetings enable me to improve my nutrition and understand body composition trends which has contributed to my body transformation.
Here are a few examples of how BURN prepared me for life in my 60s:
1. On a recent trip, I had two minutes to make a train transfer. While hugging the railing with my left hand and lifting a 45lb suitcase with my right, I raced down a flight of stairs, ran to the new platform, and back up another flight of stairs! Those Metcon camps were key.
2. Lower body camps prepped me for 20k steps/day while sightseeing.
3. Volley taps, jumping, and agility exercises helped improve my pickleball game.
4. I finally found the courage to compete in the 2026 Level Up Games!
My daily motto: Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Change does not happen overnight. Be patient and persevere! I
encourage all the women in their 40s and 50s to keep showing up at BURN so that when you’re in your 60s, you’ll already be in tip-top shape with stronger bones and muscles for the next phase of life!”
