There are moments in a conversation when everything else disappears.

This was one of them.

During Erica Zernzach's Spotlight Guest conversation, she shared the story of being struck by a truck.
She suffered devastating injuries.

But in those first moments, Erica didn't yet know the extent of what had happened to her.
She remembers headlights.
Trying to breathe.
And an internal command:
Make a decision now.
Her answer?
“I choose to live.”

The headlights she saw belonged to police officers who happened to find her and came to her aid.

But Erica's relationship with choosing life began long before that accident.

During this episode, she takes us somewhere incredibly vulnerable—into childhood pain, suicidal thoughts, illness, trauma and the years it took before she could look backward and understand what those experiences had taught her.

This isn't a conversation about pretending suffering is beautiful.

Erica says very clearly:
It wasn't all love and light.
It is about what becomes possible when we acknowledge the shadow without deciding we have to live there forever.

What happens when something comes through in a session that I could have no way of knowing? 🤍 ✨

I want to bring you inside another real moment from a recent Psychic & Astrological Integration Session—because sometimes the best way to understand this work is simply to witness it.

In the middle of our session, I suddenly asked my client:

“Do you have a little dog?”

She did.

As we continued talking about her mom, she shared something I never could have known.

Her mom passed before ever getting the chance to meet this dog. And yet, there is a particular corner of their home where he repeatedly goes, stands, looks upward, and moves his head as though "someone is petting him."

Her family has even given that spot a name:

“Ghost Gam’s Corner.” 🐾🤍

This is what I love about mediumship.

Sometimes the moments that come through aren't dramatic. They're incredibly ordinary—and that's exactly what makes them so meaningful.

A song.
A childhood memory.
A dog standing in the same corner.
A familiar feeling you can't quite explain.

For someone walking through grief, those little moments can carry an entirely different meaning.

And this session wasn't simply about receiving messages. It became a space for my client to explore her grief, her relationships, her astrology, and the ways her connection with those she has lost may have changed rather than simply disappeared.

This is a glimpse inside a real session with me.

A Look Inside a Session With Me ✨

Before my first client ever sits across from me, I’ve already begun creating the space.

The candles are lit.
The decks are placed intuitively.
The crystals are set.
Your birth chart is open.
My notebook is ready.

And then I take a moment to become still.

Because when you sit across from me, I don’t want you to feel like you’re walking into a performance or simply coming to have your future “told” to you.

I want you to feel like you can exhale.

This is what my side of the table looks like—and what your side of the table looks like waiting for you.

Throughout our time together, I may move between your astrology, tarot and oracle decks, intuitive impressions, conversation, and whatever begins unfolding naturally within the session.

Sometimes something comes through as a feeling.

Sometimes an image.

A word.

A memory.

A physical sensation.

A quiet knowing.

And sometimes the most meaningful part of the session isn't something mystical at all.

It's the conversation that happens afterward—when we begin connecting what came through with your actual life, your patterns, your relationships, your nervous system, your choices, and the person you're becoming.

That is where I believe integration happens.
