Medical Office Space now available!

The Kalida Medical Arts Building is a newly renovated medical building that houses a Family Practice office, full Lab facilities, chiropractic care, and massage therapy.

Available is an 800 sq ft office space that currently includes a front office, treatment room, and a 600 sq ft gym.

Unit is walk-in ready for PT or OT, but can be built to suit the needs of any medical services that would like to come provide care to the Kalida area.

$600 monthly rent includes:

650 sq ft of common space for use by tenants (main waiting room/lobby) and restrooms (NOT included in the 800 square footage rental space)

Occupancy is available June 1st pending any necessary modifications needed.

To ALL parents of student athletes……

Our office will be sponsoring Sports Physical Clinics on Saturday, May 9th 9am-12pm, Thursday, May 28th 8am-4pm, and Thursday, August 6th 8am-11:15am

This will be a full medical physical and an opportunity to update needed vaccines.

This clinic is open to any athlete of any school, whether your child is an established patient of our practice or not.

You will need to contact our office to reserve a spot in one of the physical scheduling "blocks".

For the Saturday clinic, Students or parents can walk up to the carport on the back of our building at the given time where the nurse will check them in there. They will then be brought into the building to perform their sports physical (please make sure that their forms are completed prior to arrival).

For the Thursday clinics, students can check in at our front desk/lobby and will be brought back for their physical in traditional fashion.

The visit will be sent to insurance as a Wellness, for which most folks have 100% coverage.

You can contact our office at 419-532-3959 to reserve a spot for any of the sports physical clinics, and If you would like your child to receive age appropriate vaccines, we ask that you also arrange this when you call the office.

Again, please send, with your child, a signed authorization that those vaccines may be administered and that you have checked and they are covered under insurance.

Good luck to all the area teams this next sports season. We’re here to get you ready and see that this season is a healthy one!

Congratulations to the Kalida Wildcats on finishing as the 2026 DIV. VII State Runner-Up.

Despite starting the season 4-9, the Wildcats put together one of the most memorable runs to finish off the season 17-12 overall!
