Refractive lens exchange (RLE) is becoming one of the more common conversations in premium vision correction — replacing the natural lens with an IOL before cataracts develop, for patients who want to be spectacle-free at every distance.

One trend worth noting: office-based surgical suites are increasingly where these procedures happen. Familiar settings, oral sedation options, no fasting requirements, and same-day bilateral cases are making RLE a natural fit for the OBS model.

This is a floor-based role — not a desk job. As Surgical Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing surgical operations within the office-based surgery model. You'll help ensure seamless ex*****on across clinical workflows, compliance, and day-to-day operations while supporting physician alignment and patient experience.

As the on-the-ground extension of iOR, you'll partner closely with clinical teams, centralized iOR service lines, and provider relations to support a high-performing surgical program.
