We proudly accept **Missouri Medicaid and Medicare**, and we are one of the few withdrawal management programs in the region that accepts **Medicare** coverage.

At StepOne Service, our patients are treated with the same dignity, respect, and quality care as every other patient in the hospital. We believe reducing the stigma around seeking help is an important part of recovery.

Our medically supervised withdrawal management program typically lasts **3–5 days**, and before discharge, we help connect patients to ongoing treatment and recovery resources to support their next steps.
