🚨 We’re Immediately Hiring: PRN Birthing Assistant / Nurse

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced PRN Birthing Assistant/ Nurse to join our clinic/birth center team!

In this role, you’ll help provide exceptional care to growing families by doing clinical responsibilities in addition with assisting with labor and birth, supporting postpartum recovery, monitoring moms and babies, documenting care, and working alongside our midwives to create a safe, calm, and empowering birth experience.

If you’re willing to work, are passionate about family-centered, holistic care and are looking for a flexible PRN opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

✅ Responsibilities:

• OBGYN/Birthing Assistant/labor & delivery experience preferred
• Provide compassionate prenatal and gynecologic nursing care in the clinic
• Perform patient assessments, triage, education, and follow-up
• Flexibility to work PRN/on-call shifts
• Assist providers with office procedures and examinations

📋Qualifications:

• Current nursing license (required) or birth assistant/MA certification
• Labor & delivery, women’s health, or mother/baby experience preferred
• Due to the immediate need for this position, a current NRP & BLS certifications are required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for physiologic birth and patient-centered women’s healthcare

To good not to share from a Global Health Policy Strategist 👏👏

What would better women’s health actually look like?

We talk a lot about improving women’s health.

But perhaps the bigger question is: what needs to shift in the way our health systems are designed?

From male-default evidence to s*x- and gender-aware research.

From treating women as one population to reflecting women’s diversity.

From consulting women at the end to putting lived experience at the start.

From treating disease late to prevention and earlier intervention.

These are the Top 10 shifts identified that are needed & we won’t stop advocating!

As we mark another anniversary of serving families in our community, we’re also recognizing two incredible team members whose dedication, compassion, and heart have helped shape who we are. Their commitment to caring for every family who walks through our doors is something we’re so grateful for.
