Exciting news…we’re expanding!

We’re thrilled to share that we have absorbed the unit across the hall. This new unit will become our dedicated therapy space while our current one will be transformed into a home for our case management team!

We are thrilled to welcome our newest Case Manager, Emily, to the Ascend Community Wellness team!

Emily's experience in mental health, long-term care, memory care, and assisted living allows her to bring a compassionate, person-centered approach to supporting individuals and families. She is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Husson University and also holds CNA and CRMA certifications.

Her passion for building strong therapeutic relationships and helping others navigate life's challenges makes her a wonderful addition to our team.

Kristin brings 18+ years of experience working with individuals across a variety of community settings, both locally and abroad. She is the most experienced case manager on our team, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have her again.

What makes this addition even more special is that we’ve had the opportunity to work with Kristin before—and have seen firsthand the impact she has on the people she supports. She brings a natural sense of kindness, compassion, and empathy into her work, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood.

✨ New Therapist Accepting Clients – Telehealth Available! ✨

Ascend Community Wellness is excited to welcome Kaitlyn Bouton, LMSW-cc, who is now accepting new clients for virtual therapy services!

Kaitlyn takes a holistic, trauma-informed approach to care, helping individuals better understand the connection between mind and body. She specializes in working with complex trauma, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation, using a blend of CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy.

She works with both children and adults, offering a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients can:
✔ Build practical coping skills for everyday life
✔ Process and better understand their experiences
✔ Work toward meaningful, lasting change

Kaitlyn is known for her empathetic and collaborative style, while also bringing gentle accountability to help clients grow. She values creating a space that feels safe, authentic, and even allows room for humor—because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
