Meet Ms. Tiffany!
Tiffany is a pediatric occupational therapist at Express Yourself Therapy in Kensington, MD. She earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023, following her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Neuroscience from Temple University, her hometown university in Philadelphia.
Tiffany is passionate about helping children build the foundational skills to become more independent through meaningful, play-based experiences. She has earned her DIRFloortime® Basic Certificate and is excited to continue advancing her training. She is also a Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist (CPRCS).
Tiffany brings a warm, creative, and family-centered approach to therapy. She believes children thrive when they feel supported, connected, and genuinely engaged. By following each child’s lead, celebrating every victory—big or small—and incorporating their unique interests into therapy, Tiffany creates playful opportunities for children to build skills, confidence, and independence.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys eating her way through new cities, hiking during peak season, or dancing with her cats.
