Learn-to-Ride Bike Intensives

MOCO’s Bike Riding Intensives use a proven balance-first approach to help children learn to ride independently. Programs are individualized, confidence-building, and led by experienced staff who understand motor learning and child development. Summer Adventure Program

Our half-day Summer Adventure Program for children ages 5-10 blends movement, obstacle courses, cooperative games, and themed activities in MOCO’s dynamic facility. Small groups and intentional programming support strength, coordination, confidence, and social engagement, all while having fun. Caregiver Education & Community Programs

We also offer caregiver education sessions, workshops, and community-based programming designed to support families beyond traditional therapy and classes.

One of the things we hear most often from parents is:

“My child is so excited to come to MOCO.”

That means so much to us, because therapy is hard work.

Children are building skills, trying new things, tolerating challenges, practicing communication, strengthening their bodies, and sometimes stepping outside their comfort zone.

At MOCO, we do not expect children to meet us where we are. We meet them where they are.

Using a relationship-based, child-centered approach inspired by DIR/Floortime principles, we follow each child’s interests, build trust, support regulation, and help them feel ready to engage in the work in a way that feels meaningful to them.

That is why progress here can look like play, movement, laughter, connection, and confidence; but underneath it, children are doing real work.

Hard work. Real progress. A place where kids feel seen.

For Speech & Hearing Month, we’re celebrating the playful side of communication and movement. A frog face and a party blower may look like pure silliness, but activities like this can support breath control, oral motor coordination, postural stability, attention, timing, and social engagement.

At MOCO, play is never “just play.” It’s how kids connect, practice, and build confidence.

At MOCO, therapy looks different, because children learn best through movement, play, relationships, and real experiences. 💚

Our therapists collaborate across disciplines to help children build confidence in ways that connect to everyday life, from climbing and balancing to communicating, regulating, and participating with others.

Families are part of the process every step of the way, because meaningful progress happens together.

If you’ve been wondering whether therapy could help your child, this is your reminder that asking questions early matters.
