**Fire Element Wisdom for the Summer of the Fire Horse**

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Fire Element is unique. It is the only element associated with **four meridians**: the Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium, and Triple Burner (also known as the Triple Warmer or San Jiao).

At the center of the Fire Element is the **Heart**, often considered the crown jewel of the body. It is said to house the **Shen**—our spirit, consciousness, and inner light. The Shen shines through the eyes, perceives and receives love, communicates truth, and radiates warmth through our presence.

Because the Heart is so precious, it is supported by three protective officials: the Small Intestine, the Pericardium, and the Triple Burner.

**The Small Intestine** separates the pure from the impure—not only physically through digestion, but emotionally and spiritually as well. It helps us discern what is true from what is false, what nourishes us from what depletes us. In a year filled with noise, opinions, and distractions, this official asks us to pause and reflect:

*Is this person, situation, opportunity, or relationship truly right for me?*

**The Pericardium** is the protective sac surrounding the Heart. In Chinese medicine, it serves as the Heart's guardian, helping shield it from emotional shock and overwhelm. As Fire brings illumination, what has been hidden often comes to light. Unexpected truths and revelations may arise, particularly within relationships. This is why clear, compassionate, and steady boundaries become essential.

**The Triple Burner (Triple Warmer)** governs the movement of heat, energy, and fluids throughout the body. Emotionally, it acts as a gatekeeper, helping regulate who and what gains access to the Heart. It influences our social circles, communities, and the energetic exchanges we have with the world around us.

As we move through this **Fire Horse year**, themes of visibility, authenticity, and connection may become more pronounced. Fire illuminates. It reveals. It asks us to live from the truth of our hearts while discerning what deserves our energy and attention.

This is a year of being seen.

But being seen does not mean everyone receives access to your heart.

Let your Heart shine brightly, trust your discernment, and allow your boundaries to protect what is most precious within you.

✨ Before and After Advanced Buccal Facial Ritual

We are having so much fun watching this clients beautiful results unfold

We invited her to take a selfie before her series began ( a Buccal session every two weeks for 3 months) and after each session, and these are her results after just 3! You read that right, ONLY 3 sessions!!

I have so much more to say but I’m leaving it there. These results are jealous worthy and I can’t wait to get myself on the table so I can look as good. Hmmm 🤔 maybe a birthday present for myself.
