Cassi have been celebrating the end of another great school year with calm down glitter bottles focusing on positive self talk! Ally and Abby spent the afternoon at the Light the Lamp for Liam event at the Talbot County Ice Rink spreading awareness and positive thoughts to children and families🏒🥅🚒

Sitting in a conference room full of leaders from all professional sectors including law enforcement, mental health, hospitality, healthcare, government officials, researchers, and psychiatrist where ALL believed MENTAL HEALTH is HEALTH was quite powerful.

Abby, Kellieann, and Ally were able to attend breakout sessions that included speakers from NAMI, The Nehemiah Project, and on QPR( Question, Persuade, and Refer).

Keynote speaker Dr. Robert "Navy Bob" Roncska was by far the most relatable and powerful part of this conference though. Navy Bob speaks on how to help leaders foster relational strength, live their values, and lead with love - even when it’s hard. He speaks on how RELATIONSHIPS are directly connected to improved health and happiness.

Now, our goal is to bring Navy Bob to Maryland and QACPS!
