When the week starts to feel like an intense game of ping-pong juggling work, family, and countless responsibilities it’s important to pause and choose even the smallest moments of care.

Self-care doesn’t have to be big or time-consuming. Sometimes it’s simply noticing and celebrating the glimmers: those small, grounding moments that help reset and refuel.

Today, that looked like stopping at a favorite local coffee shop Unhinged Coffee Co to fuel the day ahead. A gentle reminder that small acts of care can make a meaningful difference.

Find Your Therapist: Speed Dating is a casual, coffee-shop-style event where community members can meet local therapists, including TDT Counseling Services, through short, guided conversations. Designed to reduce the intimidation of starting therapy, the event offers a low-pressure, no-commitment way to explore different therapy styles, specialties, and personalities in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Attendees will leave feeling more informed and empowered to take their next step when ready.

Today we honor Transgender Day of Remembrance by holding space for the transgender and gender-diverse lives lost to violence, discrimination, and hatred. We remember their names, their stories, and their humanity.

At TDT Counseling Services, we stand with our transgender community, affirming your identity, your safety, and your right to exist fully and authentically. Grief, fear, anger, and exhaustion are valid responses on a day like today. You deserve care, compassion, and support.
