Everything you need to know about RBT vs BCBA and who is actually in the room with your child.

Your child's RBT is their day-to-day support, the person running sessions, building trust, and collecting data.

Your child's BCBA designs the whole plan, supervises the RBT, and adjusts the approach based on progress.

Both roles work together. Neither one works without the other. At Bluesprig, every family gets that full team behind them.

Congratulations to our recent graduate at BlueSprig's Stone Oak ABA therapy center in San Antonio! 🎓
Graduation days are always meaningful. They remind us why we provide autism therapy: to create a space where every child is supported, celebrated, and encouraged to be fully themselves.

We are honored to guide, connect with, and cheer on each child as they grow in confidence, courage, kindness, and independence. Sending them off is always bittersweet, but we know they are ready for their next chapter.

They are not better because of us. We are better because of them. 💙

It's September 26th 🕯️
Each year, we pause to honor the memory of Feda Almaliti and her son Muhammad, and to recommit to keeping the families we serve safe.

The September 26th Project asks for just 10 minutes a year to review three free checklists — fire safety, natural disaster prep, and wandering prevention specifically for families of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

10 minutes can make all the difference. Take a moment this week to review your family's plan: https://september26.org/

✨ Happy 5 Years, Lia! ✨
Five years of growth, leadership, and heart! 💙 We're celebrating Lia and her incredible milestone with BlueSprig.

In her own words, Lia shared that she's grown "from a clinician focused on the day to day work of ABA into a leader" who leads with heart. She's learned that "leadership isn't about having all the answers"—it's about listening, supporting, and helping others see the strengths in themselves.

Over these five years, Lia has watched clients grow, celebrated milestones with families, mentored incredible clinicians, and built teams that make a lasting difference.

Thank you, Lia, for showing up, leading with heart, and inspiring everyone around you. Here's to five years of impact—and many more ahead! 🥂✨
