One thing we hear all the time is: “I’m tired of having to retell my story to a different provider every time.”

Honestly, we get it.

One of the biggest reasons people join Healthspan DPC is because they want real relationships with the people caring for them. They want someone who knows their history, understands their family, and notices when something just feels different.

As we continue to grow, protecting that relationship is incredibly important to us.
That’s why our growth model isn’t built around constantly rotating providers between locations.

Instead, growth for Healthspan DPC means adding providers who can build their own patient panels, relationships, and long-term connections within the communities they serve.

We believe that’s how you preserve quality care while continuing to grow the right way.

Because no one wants to feel like a number.

And no one wants to start over every time they walk into a clinic.

One thing that will make Healthspan DPC Canton special is the care model we’ve already been building successfully in La Belle since day one.

At Healthspan DPC, Matt and Aaron have co-managed patients together through what we call our “joint-care” model for the entirety of Healthspan DPC.

As we grow into Canton, that same collaborative philosophy will continue — but we will be adding a new provider. Our Canton patient panel will primarily be built under the direction of a new provider that we’re very excited about and look forward to announcing when the time is right.

Aaron will continue helping support patients and providers through our collaborative “joint-care” model, allowing us to maintain accessibility while continuing to grow the right way.

More collaboration.
More continuity.
More support.
Better care.

Rodeo prep has officially begun 🤠

Things have been rolling into the clinic all week as we get ready for the … and let’s just say, we’ve got a pretty fun surprise planned 👀

The countdown is on for June 12th & 13th, and we are getting excited to celebrate with our community. Between the parade, the rodeo, and all the small town fun that comes with it—it’s one of our favorite weekends of the year.

It’ll be here before we know it!

Steph gets the privilege of coaching 2 of her boys, 2 nephews, 1 cousin and a few close family friends this season—and honestly, we wouldn't have it any other way.

Add in Aaron, some brothers and a cousin helping out on the field and you've got a pretty special crew.

These are the moments we love most—family, community and cheering on our kiddos together.

Over the last 18 months, we’ve learned something important: People are craving healthcare that actually feels personal again.

That’s exactly what we’re building with Healthspan DPC Canton.

This won’t be a massive corporate clinic. It will be intentionally built around accessibility, relationships, and high-quality direct primary care for local families.

We’ve already seen firsthand what the direct primary care model can do for families in La Belle, and we can’t wait to continue growing the right way here in Lewis County.

It sure does take a community.

A huge THANK YOU to the Lewis County Health Department for generously donating medical beds to help support our Canton location.

And another big thank you to Ron and Kenny for rolling up their sleeves and helping get them moved to Canton. These projects may start with a vision, but they come to life because of good people willing to lend a hand.

We are continually reminded how fortunate we are to live and work in communities that show up for one another.

Thank you for helping us continue building affordable, accessible and quality primary care for our region.

Boy does it take a community!
