Maybe rest right now looks like:
• putting your phone in another room
• taking a slow walk without a podcast
• saying no without explaining
• lying down in silence for 10 minutes
• letting beauty inspire you without needing to turn it into content
Rest is not something you earn after burnout. It’s something your mind, body, and soul deserve before you reach that point. 🤍
