This year marks the 25th Anniversary of International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD), and we're honored to host our 10th Annual IOAD Vigil on Monday, August 31.

This year's theme, "25 Years On. Still Needed.", reminds us that raising awareness, reducing stigma, remembering those we've lost, and supporting those impacted by overdose remain as important as ever.

If you'd like to honor a loved one lost to overdose, please send us a photo to display during the vigil. Photos may be dropped off at our office or emailed to [email protected].

To commemorate this milestone, we've also created 25th Anniversary IOAD shirts. Order yours here:

This year marks the 25th anniversary of International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD), and Navigating Recovery of the Lakes Region will be holding our 10th Annual International Overdose Awareness Day Vigil on Monday, August 31.

This year's theme, "25 Years On. Still Needed.", reminds us that the work of raising awareness, reducing stigma, supporting those affected by overdose, and remembering those we've lost remains as important as ever.

If you have a photo of a loved one you have lost to an overdose, we invite you to share it with us so we can display it during our vigil in their honor. Photos may be dropped off at our office during normal business hours or emailed to [email protected].

To commemorate these milestones, we have created new 25th Anniversary IOAD shirts. If you'd like to order one, please visit the website below.
