Is your child still struggling with focus, coordination, big emotions, or regulation, even with all the things you’ve tried?

The missing link may be in how their nervous system is communicating.

When we combine pediatric chiropractic care with primitive reflex integration, we’re not just helping kids “feel better” in the moment. We’re working on the brain-body connection that impacts how they move, regulate, focus, and function.

This can show up as:

✨ Better balance
✨ Calmer behavior
✨ Stronger coordination
✨ More confidence
✨ Improved body awareness

It’s not magic. It’s neurology, movement, and the body working together the way they were designed to.

Want a stronger back? Try batwing rows đź’Ş

This is one of my favorite variations for building strength through the upper back, lats, and postural muscles without needing a ton of momentum.

Instead of rushing through reps, focus on:

🔥 Pulling the elbows back
🔥 Squeezing the shoulder blades together
🔥 Keeping the neck relaxed
🔥 Holding at the top
🔥 Controlling the weight back down

Batwing rows are great for improving posture, shoulder stability, and building the kind of back strength that supports real life, lifting, carrying, training, and moving well.

Slow it down. Own the squeeze. Build the strength.

Save this one for your next upper body day.

Tummy time isn’t just about the neck… and it’s not just about the tummy.

Think: rotisserie chicken.
Your baby needs time in all positions: back, side, and tummy, because each position gives their brain and body different input for development.

But tummy time can get misunderstood.

A lot of parents hear “do more tummy time” and think that means floor tummy time as early and as long as possible. But especially before 6 to 8 weeks, we want to pay attention to how baby is doing it.

If baby is mostly overextending their head, their arms are floating up, or they look stuck in a “swimming” posture, we don’t want to force long periods there. That can overwork the extensor muscles and miss the front-side strength we actually want to build.

What we love instead:

âś… Start tummy time on your chest
âś… Use floor tummy time when baby can better stack through the shoulders
âś… Watch for pushing through the arms, not just lifting the head
âś… Remember the front of the neck and body are working too
âś… Use tummy, side, and back positions for full development

True tummy time supports rolling, sitting, crawling, and overall strength.

Let’s shift the message from “just do more tummy time” to “do tummy time in a way that actually supports development.”

Pregnant or postpartum and dealing with pelvic floor symptoms like tightness, leaking, pressure, or discomfort?

Don’t skip hip mobility.

Your pelvic floor does not work alone. It is part of a bigger system that includes your hips, pelvis, core, and breath.

When your hips are restricted, your pelvic floor may have to work harder than it should. That can lead to more tension, less coordination, and difficulty fully relaxing or contracting when you need it to.

Improving hip mobility can help create more space, better alignment, and less strain on the pelvic floor so it can function the way it is meant to.

Mobility first. Function follows.

Save this if you’re pregnant, postpartum, or working on pelvic floor symptoms.

Taking my twins to Dr. Nichelle has been a game changer! They’ve been seeing a chiropractor since they were two weeks old and have had a variety of challenges- especially my son. He is truly comfortable with her and even lets her work inside of his mouth! The twins actually take turns pretending to be “Dr. Nichelle” at home. They massage each other backs and it’s adorable that they find comfort with her and her practice.

Postpartum recovery doesn’t just happen because time passes.

It takes intention.

Your body just grew and birthed a baby. Your core, pelvic floor, hips, back, hormones, sleep, nutrition, and nervous system are all adjusting at the same time.

Recovery needs more than “just wait six weeks.”

It needs nourishment.
It needs rest when you can get it.
It needs protein, minerals, hydration, and enough fuel.
It needs intentional rehab that helps your core, pelvic floor, breath, and movement reconnect.

Postpartum recovery is not about rushing back.

It’s about rebuilding with purpose so you can feel strong, supported, and confident in your body again.

At Live LOUD, we help moms recover with care that meets the season they’re in, while helping them move toward the life they want to live.

Three simple things we love for helping your body feel more supported from the inside out:

Deep breathing
This helps calm your nervous system, expand through your rib cage, and reconnect your breath to your core and pelvic floor.
Glute bridges
Your glutes play a huge role in supporting your pelvis. When they are stronger and more connected, your low back, hips, and pelvic floor do not have to work as hard.
Pelvic floor relaxation
Your pelvic floor is not just meant to squeeze. It also needs to relax, lengthen, and move with your breath.

These movements may seem basic, but they are often the foundation for better core connection, pelvic support, and feeling stronger in your body.

Save this and try it when your body needs a reset.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr. Antonio. He’s incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in my progress. He designed a thoughtful and personalized treatment plan with creative exercises that made the work feel both fun and effective. My hip strength and mobility have improved dramatically after just a few weeks! The one-on-one attention made me feel like a VIP and the tailored approach truly set the care apart. Most importantly, Dr Antonio helped me address an old injury I’d resigned myself to living with for (too many!) years. I only wish I’d found Live Loud sooner. Highly recommend.

Shoulder pain? You may be missing this piece.

We love carries because they teach your shoulder how to stay strong and controlled under load.

Whether the weight is hanging by your side or being held up like a tray, carries challenge one of the biggest missing links in shoulder rehab and performance: dynamic stability.

The waiter’s carry is one of our favorite bridges between basic carries and more advanced shoulder work.

It helps:

• Build shoulder control
• Prepare the shoulder for pressing
• Expose weak spots before they turn into bigger issues
• Improve confidence under load

If you can’t control a moderate weight in this position, that gives us important information.

Find the weakness. Build the control. Rebuild the shoulder.
