Sometimes it’s not just a “bad day.”
It can be hard to put words to what you’re feeling; whether it’s stress, frustration, burnout, or something you can’t quite pinpoint yet. Taking a moment to check in with yourself, even briefly, can help you better understand what’s going on beneath the surface. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Whatever you’re feeling, you’re allowed to acknowledge it.
