I’ve decided to surrender to the unfolding and move my next retreat back a few weeks.

October 24th–27th | Joshua Tree 🌵

These new dates feel more aligned for me with my upcoming life changes, as well as for the beautiful group of women who have already committed to this experience.

And of now, 2 rooms remain for anyone who may have felt the call but wasn’t available for the original dates.

I was divinely guided to Cha Dao in 2020 and since then, I’ve been honored to lead hundreds of private tea ceremonies.

And every time I serve tea, I’m reminded of the profound medicine it holds.

Sitting together in ceremony.
In presence.
In stillness.

Allowing ourselves to soften enough to receive the medicine of the tea — a gift from mother earth. There is deep wisdom held within the leaves and when we become quiet enough to listen, there is so much to learn.

Cha Dao, the way of tea, is all about living more in harmony with nature, ourselves and each other. And in the world we live in today, we all need this beautiful reminder. This gentle guide back to what’s most important. To what will bring us the most peace.

I’m currently booking private group tea ceremonies for this fall and am available to travel and bring ceremony to you.

There are some retreats you attend.
And then there are retreats you receive.

Desert Alchemy was created as an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into the medicine of the desert — to slow down, soften, listen deeply, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can become difficult to hear when life is moving quickly.

For 4 days and 3 nights, we’ll gather in the vast beauty of Joshua Tree for a deeply restorative experience designed to bring you back to yourself. Creating space to soften, exhale, replenish, and remember what it feels like to be fully present with your own life.

Over the course of our time together, we’ll move through tea ceremony, intuitive energy work, alchemy sound journeys, restorative practices, intentional workshops, self-love rituals, chef-prepared meals, and spacious time for integration and true connection.

This is a sacred space to come back to yourself.
To tend to the relationship you have with yourself.

To reconnect with your body, your intuition, your desires, your inner knowing and remember parts of yourself that have been asking, maybe even begging for your attention.

No rushing.
No performing.
No need to arrive with anything figured out.

Just space to receive.

I’ve intentionally kept this retreat small so there is room for intimacy, depth, and the kind of energetic container that can only happen when we gather in a smaller group.

Another chapter closes ✨

After 6 years of gathering under the open sky, I’m inviting you to join me for my final community Reiki Sound Bath at the park.

What began in October 2020, when Liz Campbell and I felt called to bring our community together for a monthly full moon yoga & sound bath in the park during an uncertain time, has evolved into such a special part of my journey. I’ve continued gathering with our park crew each summer — some of you joining once and many of you returning every summer.

I’m so deeply grateful for every sunset, every familiar face, every conversation, every single smile + hug, and every new soul who found their way to the park.

As my work + life continue to evolve, I feel that this chapter is coming to a close. And while I don’t know exactly what the future holds, I do know that I want to celebrate this special chapter with you.

So come join me for one last evening on the bluff with sound, a killer sunset, waves crashing, birds chirping, good energy, and the sweetest community EVER.

Bring your mat, a cozy blanket, and all your fave people or simply bring yourself.

Some chapters are impossible to put into words…

This September, I’ll be leaving my little cottage by the sea in Laguna Beach. A magical place that has been my home and healing space for the past 14 years.

Within these walls, I’ve had the honor of teaching nearly 400 Reiki students, holding hundreds of private healing sessions and mentorships, witnessing countless moments of healing, and welcoming so many beautiful souls through these doors.

This little cottage has been so much more than a home. It has been a sanctuary. A place to soften, to grieve, to celebrate, to reconnect, and to remember who we are.

As I prepare to close this chapter, I want you to know that Nativ Healing isn’t going anywhere. I’ll continue offering retreats, private group sound baths, corporate wellness experiences, Reiki trainings, online sessions, classes + mentorships as I allow my next healing space to reveal itself.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the evolution of sound healing.

First, I want to say how beautiful it is that so many people are finding their way to this work. I truly believe we all need it.

Sound has been such a gentle yet profound medicine for my nervous system, continually bringing me back to a greater sense of peace, balance and harmony. It’s one of the many reasons I feel so deeply called to share this work.

As sound baths continue to become more popular, I’ve also noticed it becoming more performative. More instruments. More layers. More stimulation.

Watching that evolution has been a gentle reminder for me to continue honoring the sacredness of the medicine itself. And to share and facilitate in the way that feels right to me.

For me, there’s something incredibly powerful about allowing the purity of the sound and the frequencies to do the work. Just space to resonate, to be received.

As a partner, I have access to countless bowls and instruments, yet I’ve never felt called to add more simply because I can.

For my own nervous system, I’ve found that less is more.

Being an energy healer also allows me to work with the frequencies in a deeper, more intuitive way.

My intention has never been to just share beautiful sounds.

I want you to feel a SHIFT.
To leave feeling lighter. More open. More balanced.

For me, sound healing has never been about creating a bigger experience.

It’s about creating a DEEPER one.

That’s the medicine I’ll continue to honor.

I’m so happy to welcome you back to Desert Alchemy this October…

Joshua Tree holds such a special place in my heart, and I truly believe there is something sacred about this land. Every time I return, I’m reminded that the desert has its own way of teaching us — through stillness, spaciousness and presence.

Desert Alchemy was born from this relationship with the land.

Over four days, we’ll gather in ceremony, allowing the desert to become more than the setting — it becomes part of the medicine itself. Through tea ceremonies, alchemy sound journeys, self-love rituals, restorative practices, nourishing meals, and intentional moments of rest, you’ll be gently guided into deeper presence, creating space for your own unique unfolding.

When I found this home, I immediately knew it was meant to hold this retreat. Every detail feels beautifully aligned with my vision. I chose this space with great intention, and I hope you’ll feel that woven throughout every part of our time together.

It’s deeply important to me that every person feels seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. That’s why I intentionally keep these retreats small and intimate, so I can fully support you throughout our time together.

Lion’s Gate Portal Day Retreat

Throughout the year, we move through energetic portals that invite us to pause, reflect, and intentionally align with what’s ready to unfold.

The Lion’s Gate Portal is one of those invitations.

This annual cosmic gateway is associated with expansion, clarity, and heart-centered transformation. Occurring during Leo season, it reminds us that true strength isn’t found in pushing harder — it’s found in leading with an open heart.

On Sunday, August 9, I’ll be gathering a small group to intentionally receive and embody the energy of this portal.

Together, we’ll move through a heart-opening Cha Dao tea ceremony, restorative yoga with Reiki, a nourishing meal, an immersive Alchemy Sound Journey, and personal channeled messages. All thoughtfully woven together to support whatever is ready to awaken within you.

More than anything, this afternoon is an opportunity to intentionally work with the energy of the Lion’s Gate Portal — to quiet the noise, reconnect with the wisdom of your heart, and awaken the strength and clarity already within you.

My hope is that you’ll leave not only feeling nourished and supported, but with renewed trust in self and the courage to take the next aligned step on your path whatever that may look like for you.

These gatherings are intentionally intimate because I believe transformation happens in spaces where we feel safe enough to soften, to be seen, and reconnect with the truth of who we are.

The desert has a way of reminding us that the deepest alchemy happens not through effort, but through presence.

This land is ancient, wise, and deeply alive. When we meet it with an open heart, it has a way of revealing exactly what we are ready to receive.

This morning, I shared the first invitation for this fall’s Desert Alchemy Retreat with my email community. My heart feels so full knowing we’ll be returning to Joshua Tree this October.
