This is good information. As an agent I pride myself in not misleading or misrepresenting the plans I work with. Taking that extra step to double check networks and even call the provider or doctor directly is worth it.

Don't be misled! Medicare has rules about how Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D plans can contact you and market their services. It is a marketing violation to mislead Medicare beneficiaries when selling private plans.

✔️ Never share your Medicare number with strangers.
✔️ Review your Medicare statements regularly.
✔️ Be cautious of unsolicited phone calls, texts, or emails.
