Grief is something we are forced to experience in life. It hurts but it also helps us grow. We all experience grief differently. The important thing is not to avoid grieving and to work through- process while you grieve.

I have not been perfect in grieving my mother's passing. It was a year ago today she entered the heavenly realm. I miss her so much, but I'm blessed knowing she is in a better place.
