Missing my dad today on his birthday. I was feeling sad and crying while my music still played from my workout. Then I heard these lyrics (see image). I take this as a beautiful reminder that I don’t need to cry, it is a wonderful, wonderful life and he’s always watching over me. Happy heavenly birthday, Dad.

Back home 🏠 beautiful sunset tonight

Day 373!! (IYKYK), month 5 of HRT, stomach meds are working to keep HRT side effects ok, will be starting physical therapy for de Quervain’s from “hormone fluctuations”, and I’m able to get on my treadmill five times a week for 30 minutes a day. I’m feeling good! If you are a woman in peri or menopause, hang in there. Find what you need. Advocate. Make them listen. You’re not alone.

Grief hit AND I have great music plus I did a workout even though I was tired. I’m all good now. It visited and left.
