Tina connects with patients in a way that only someone who has walked in their shoes can, offering hope, encouragement, and the reminder that recovery is possible.

From relearning to walk to running a half-marathon a decade later, Tina has transformed her own trauma into a powerful source of connection. Programs like St. Anthony’s Life After Trauma support group ensure survivors aren’t alone, and volunteers like Tina prove that helping others can be healing too.
