Why doesn’t Botox always work for radial cheek lines? ✨
Because a lot of the time, those lines are actually caused by volume loss and decreased support in the cheeks — not muscle movement.
For this client, we wanted a subtle, natural improvement, so we treated the medial and lateral cheeks with RHA4 to restore support and soften the appearance of those radial cheek lines while still keeping everything looking natural and refreshed 🤍

One of the biggest concepts in facial aging is called the “triangle of youth.” 🔻
When we’re younger, facial volume is naturally higher in the cheeks with a more lifted appearance through the midface. As we age, collagen loss, fat resorption, and skin laxity can cause that triangle to slowly invert — leading to heaviness, folds, hollowing, and lower face descent.
