We’re looking for corporate volunteers to help make our Labor Day Auction a success! The Auction is September 5 & 7 at the Solanco Fairgrounds.

This is a great opportunity for teams to give back to the community by supporting an event that benefits patients and families in need of compassionate care.

Volunteers can assist during setup week, help throughout the event or lend a hand with cleanup afterward—there are many ways to get involved!

If your company is interested in partnering with us, we’d love to hear from you. Contact Becki Martin at [email protected] or call (717) 295-3900.

A life measured in laughter and connection.

Over the past several months, Bill has been receiving hospice care, spending meaningful quality time with family and friends while continuing to share joy with everyone around him. As he says, “I don’t like anybody leaving me without smiling,” because “when everybody laughs at once, it makes everything better.”

Thank you to Bill and his wife, Eleanor, for allowing us to share their story.

Dr. Vermette and Dr. Hazlett-O’Brien, recently contributed an article to Lancaster Physician Magazine exploring the important roles of palliative and hospice care in supporting patients and families living with serious illness.

The piece offers helpful insight into how these services focus on comfort, quality of life and compassionate support throughout the care journey—and we’re excited to share it with our community.

What an unforgettable evening at Spring Fling!

This year’s “Composed for a Cause” theme brought together supporters, sponsors and community members for a night filled with music, generosity and meaningful moments—all in support of children, teens and families receiving grief support through our Pathways Center for Grief & Loss.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored and helped make this event such a success. Together, we are helping compose hope and healing for those who need it most.

Thank you to our sponsors: (Presenting) Charles F. Snyder Funeral Homes & Crematory (Silver) Lancaster County Motors Subaru and WellSpan Health
