The GreenFields Continuing Care Community in Lancaster, NY – just outside of Buffalo – offers a full spectrum of residential and assisted living options for residents. From residential-style apartment life options for retirees, to assisted living and enhanced assisted living homes and memory care and skilled nursing spaces, we offer a comprehensive environment for residents to thrive. We also are home to GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center, offering a complete range of outpatient therapy and subacute rehabilitation care options.
