Your knee hurting during one version of an exercise doesn’t automatically mean you need to stop training.
Sometimes we just need a better entry point.
Change the load.
Change the range of motion.
Change the variation.
Change the volume.
Find something your knee can currently tolerate, train there, and progressively build its capacity.
The goal isn’t to avoid squatting forever.
It’s to eventually get back to doing what you want without constantly thinking about your knee.
