Join us for a Yoga + Massage class this Saturday, July 11 at 9AM at Forest Lake Cafe & Wine Cellar. $25 includes an hour Touch and Flow class followed by coffee or tea. Stay for breakfast and enjoy the amazing creations from the restaurant’s kitchen. No sign up required.

We’re excited about summer and Touch and Flow classes starting back up ☀️

Join us this Saturday June 20th at 9AM at Forest Lake Cafe & Wine Cellar for our first class of the season. $25 for an hour flow with tons of hands-on touch from the massage magician, Alicia Petty, followed by coffee or tea.

There’s something truly special about gathering together in nature, moving our bodies, breathing deeply, and slowing down during the busy summer months. Whether you’ve joined us before or are thinking about coming for the first time, we’d love to see you there!
