🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Ngim 🌟

We are proud to recognize Ngim, a valued member of our Environmental Services (EVS) team who has been helping make Westward Heights shine for nearly two years!

Ngim moved to Lander, Wyoming, in 2003 and later married the love of her life, Brett Shotly. Together, they have one son, Shawn.

When she's not at work, Ngim enjoys cooking and cleaning, and her favorite meal is fried rice and chicken. She especially loves spending time with her niece, Tieng, who is also a member of the Westward Heights team.

Ngim brings a positive attitude, a caring heart, and a strong work ethic to work every day. She is dedicated to learning English and takes pride in helping make our residents feel happy, comfortable, and at home. She enjoys visiting with residents throughout her day and building meaningful connections with them.

Her outstanding attention to detail helps keep Westward Heights sparkling clean, fresh, welcoming, and smelling wonderful. The care she puts into her work makes a difference that residents, families, and team members notice and appreciate every day.

Westward Heights is proud to serve the community of Lander, Wyoming. We provide long-term care, after hospital rehabilitation or short-term respite care. We also provide outpatient therapy: physical therapy, occupational therapy, & speech therapy.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing community for showing up and supporting our car wash on Friday! 🚗🧽💙

You all truly came out and showed your support, and we are beyond grateful. A very special shoutout to County Title Inc. for their generous donation to our Lighting Up the Courtyard project, as well as the Vetter Foundation.

Events like this wouldn't be possible without the kindness and generosity of our community. We are so thankful to live in a town that continually comes together to support local causes and make a difference.

🌟 Help Us Light Up Our Courtyard for Our Residents 🌟

Westward Heights is a Non for Profit organization.

Rachel Velarde, our Life Enrichment Coordinator, would like to reach out to our amazing local community for a little help.

We are so fortunate to have a beautiful courtyard that brings peace, comfort, and joy to our residents every single day. Many of our residents’ rooms overlook this space, and Rachel had a wonderful idea—how special would it be to bring it to life in the evenings with soft, glowing solar lights?

We are hoping to make this vision a reality and are asking for donations to help us brighten the courtyard and, most importantly, brighten the spirits of those who call Westward Heights home. A warm, glowing space for summer evenings, visits, and quiet moments would mean so much.
