✨🎉 TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: ZOIE! 🎉✨

This week, we're excited to shine the spotlight on one of our absolute favorites, Zoie! 💙

Zoie has been part of the Westward Heights family for nearly five years, and what a journey it has been! Throughout her time here, she has consistently stepped up whenever and wherever she is needed. While her current role is Life Enrichment Assistant, anyone who knows Zoie knows she never hesitates to jump in and help on the floor when extra hands are needed. That kind of teamwork and dedication is something truly special! 🙌⭐

Zoie has a heart of gold and is absolutely amazing with our residents. 🥰 She brings smiles, laughter, compassion, and kindness everywhere she goes. Her positive attitude and willingness to help make her not only an incredible team member but also a wonderful coworker and friend. 💐💙

Outside of work, Zoie has been busy making beautiful memories with her family. She and her husband, Nate, have built a wonderful life together, and their beautiful daughter, Rayah Rose, is already almost 10 months old! 👶🌹 Watching Zoie embrace motherhood has been such a joy.

So much has happened during Zoie's time at Westward Heights, and we have had the privilege of watching her grow both personally and professionally. We couldn't be more proud of our "Zoe Zoe" and all that she is and all that she does around here! 🌟🎉

Employee spotlight!!! Chris Dailey is our go-to guru for pretty much everything at Westward Heights. He is dedicated to making the workplace culture at Westward Heights a place where people want to be. He's got the dedication to his residents and team members down to a science. Ask anyone and they'll spill the beans - this guy will drop everything (and we mean everything) to lend a helping hand. Need a transport covered? He's on it. IT issues got you down? He's the first one to dial. Nursing schedule's a mess? Chris is your cleanup crew. We are beyond lucky to have Chris - this place would lose its flavor without his bubbly and friendly personality!!!

✨ Team Member Spotlight ✨

Today we are so proud to shine the spotlight on two truly amazing members of our Westward Heights family — Joy Usery, LPN and Monica Davis, RN. 💙

Joy has been part of the Westward Heights team for 5 years, and Monica has dedicated an incredible 14 ½ years to serving our residents, families, and fellow team members. Their years of service and dedication are something truly special, and we could not be more grateful for the love and commitment they continue to show every single day.

Both Joy and Monica wholeheartedly embody the mission, vision, and values of Westward Heights. They lead with compassion, empathy, kindness, and integrity in everything they do. They are the kind of nurses who make people feel safe, cared for, heard, and loved. Whether it’s comforting a resident, supporting a family member, helping a coworker, or stepping in wherever needed, these two women continuously go above and beyond without hesitation.

Their loyalty, dedication, and hard work do not go unnoticed. They are strong advocates for our residents and shining examples of what it means to provide care from the heart. The impact they have made over the years on so many lives within these walls is immeasurable.

We are beyond blessed and incredibly proud to have Joy and Monica as part of our Westward Heights family. Thank you both for your years of service, your caring hearts, and for the difference you make each and every day. Our residents, families, and team are better because of you both. ❤️👏

Wow… look at this amazing celebration for our team members today! ❤️🎉

Our Administrator, Caitlin Delbridge, wanted to do something extra special for this incredible team because of the outstanding job they do every single day and the amazing results from our annual Employee Satisfaction Survey!

When you consistently do the right thing, care for others, and show up every day with heart and dedication, it deserves to be celebrated. We are proud to know we are not only wonderful at what we do, but also a truly great place to work. 💙

None of this would be possible without our amazing team. Thank you all for always showing up, always caring, and always doing the right thing for our residents and each other.

Today is all about YOU — our team! 👏✨

Also, a HUGE thank you to The Flip Off Mini Pancakes for coming in and treating our team today! 🥞🔥 It was SO good and such a fun experience. Outstanding job! We highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone to cater or host an event for your team or organization! 🙌

What an AMAZING Nursing Home Week here at Westward Heights! 🎉❤️ We celebrated all week long with something fun every single day! From 🍩 donuts & a coffee bar ☕, to an 🍎 apple bar, 🎤 karaoke, 🏖️ beach day, and finishing the week off with a super fun COLOR RUN 🌈🏃‍♀️💨 — there were smiles, laughs, and memories made everywhere you looked!

The BEST part of the week was watching our residents absolutely COVER us in color during the color run 😂🌈❤️ They had an absolute blast, and honestly… so did we!

We are so thankful for our amazing residents, families, and staff who made this week and everyday so special. 💕 Here’s to celebrating the joy, love, and fun that makes Westward Heights feel like family every single day! 🫶✨

🌮🎉 Cinco de Mayo at Westward Heights was a HIT! 🎉🌮

We had an absolutely fiesta-filled day celebrating with our amazing residents! From a colorful piñata to refreshing margaritas, the laughter, smiles, and good vibes were nonstop. 💃🍹

Moments like these are what it’s all about—bringing joy, connection, and a little extra fun into every day. ❤️

A HUGE shoutout to our incredible Culinary Team and Life Enrichment Team for making this celebration so special. You truly knocked it out of the park! 👏🔥
