Are you trying to out-supplement, out-diet, or out-exercise a stress problem?
One of the biggest lessons I brought home from a recent retreat in Costa Rica wasn't about nutrition, supplements, exercise, or even wellness treatments.
It was about space.
Space to breathe.
Space to think.
Space to slow down.
Space to simply be.
So many of us are living with constant stimulation.
Emails.
Texts.
Notifications.
Work demands.
Family responsibilities.
Financial stress.
Never-ending to-do lists.
And then we wonder why we're exhausted, inflamed, anxious, struggling to sleep, or feeling disconnected from ourselves.
The truth is, your nervous system was never designed to operate in a constant state of stress.
When we live in "go mode" for too long, it affects everything:
✔ Energy
✔ Sleep
✔ Hormones
✔ Digestion
✔ Inflammation
✔ Mood
✔ Focus
✔ Overall health
In this week's podcast episode, I share some personal stories from Costa Rica, explain how chronic stress affects the body, and give you a simple challenge you can start this week to help your nervous system reset and recover.
One question I'd love for you to think about:
✨ When was the last time you gave yourself permission to pause without feeling guilty? ✨
