Downtown Clinic Providing high-quality integrated healthcare to uninsured individuals experiencing poverty (

Downtown Clinic provides Primary and Specialty Healthcare Services for Albany County Residents who have no health insurance and live under poverty level. At the DTC we believe:
- that everyone in our community is valuable.
- that all deserve high-quality healthcare.
- that strong, vibrant communities are composed of healthy individuals and families. All new and re-establishing clients must complet

e an eligibility appointment with staff from the DTC to provide patient information, medical and social history, and financial disclosure.
*Eligibility*
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be a resident of Albany County
- (Laramie, Rock River, Centennial)
- Must have no health insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare
- Annual household income for a family must be below the federal poverty level of 200%
(approximately $2265/month per person in the household)
- Must NOT be a full-time University of Wyoming student (UW has it’s own medical services)
(LCCC students are eligible)

We had a TON of fun selling flowers from local community gardeners at last week’s Farmers Market! 🌸💐 A huge thank-you to everyone who donated flowers and to everyone who bought them. Because of you, we raised more than $500 that will be put towards providing high-quality healthcare to our community! 🎉
