A heartfelt thank you to Mission Produce for their generous donation of fresh mangos and for partnering with us to help provide healthy food to our community. Your support made it possible for many local families to enjoy fresh, nutritious fruit.

Thank you as well to everyone who stopped by the Canseco House Demonstration Farm to pick up a bag of mangos. We appreciate your continued support of LCUAS and our mission to promote healthy living and food access throughout our community.

Hello Laredo! 🌿

Do you enjoy taking care of your mental health and overall well-being by connecting with nature? If you have a plant that’s struggling because of the Laredo heat or you’re not sure what’s going on with it, this is for you!

This Saturday, the Laredo Center for Urban Agriculture & Sustainability will be hosting a Plant Hospital Session starting at 9:00 AM.

Bring your plants, ask questions, and learn how to help them thrive! 🌱✨

🩺 The Doctor is IN! 🩺

Is your plant looking a little monstrous? Are your tomatoes feeling a bit... stuck? 🪴

Don't panic! Dr. Oquendo and the LCUAS team will be on call next Saturday, July 11th at 9 AM for our Plant Hospital Service. Bring by your sick or struggling green friends for a FREE plant diagnosis. We’ll solve the mystery of those yellowing leaves, check for pests, and nurse them right back to health.

🏥 Where: Canseco House :1415 Chihuahua St.
⏰ When: Saturday, July 11th @ 9:00 AM

No appointment necessary—just bring your leafy patients! Repotting is also available if they've outgrown their current homes (check the "Plant Hospital flyer for pricing details). See you there! 🎉
