One of the best ways to set yourself up for a successful breastfeeding journey is to educate yourself and build your support system before you need it. Breastfeeding can be natural, but that doesn’t always mean it comes naturally—and having the right education and support can make all the difference.
✨ Consider meeting with a lactation specialist before delivery to learn what to expect, or schedule a visit after you leave the hospital for guidance with latch, positioning, milk supply, pumping, and those first few weeks at home.
