This Mother’s Day weekend was incredible!
I met so many amazing souls and engaged in incredible conversations.
To see to many Mother’s honored in one collective space was special.
The owner, Ms Regina, did a fabulous job creating a celebration in unity celebrating these mothers.

As for me- I sold out of my Atomic incense. Pretty good for my first time bringing it back in 4 years.
This is one of my most special Mother’s Day ever.
I was wished happy Mother’s Day more than I ever have before.
When I got home my baby boy made me my favorite chocolate chip cookies and gifted me headphones that supposedly transports one into another musical dimension.
My baby girl made me two cards and one of them was a Radiohead (my favorite band) Mother’s Day card.
But when the family presented an Elasigirl Mother’s Day card from them all, I didn’t just cry, I wept. My son added a whole extra page with words that made me collapse in joy.
My heart is so full
The joy and gratitude is so much I can barely breathe.

9 of cups = emotional fulfillment
Invest the love you expect from others into yourself first.
Treat yourself the way you expect others to treat you.
This is how you develop your self worth.
Then you clearly identify your boundaries.
Boundaries is not “them against you”…
It’s taking full responsibility and accountability for who you are.
Point the finger at yourself and give yourself what you deserve.
Then you manifest an environment that treats you how you treat yourself.
You’re always manifesting, let’s do it on purpose vs. accidentally manifesting toxicities that may be hidden in your shadow.
Freakin’ love yourself.
You’re worth it!

This is my first time training to go upside down on the pole. Eventually I’ll be spinning up on the pole upside down .

When I had chronic vertigo doctors and neurologist told me for years that there was no cure for me and the only hope I had was to take pharmaceuticals, which made me feel even worse…
Five years later, I have fun being upside down and spinning on a pole for fun.
Take that you 💩’s!
I’ve always been a lil rebel when the system tells me “no” 😉 but curing myself and having fun spinning and upside down is my greatest rebellion accomplishment…
Healing yourself happens all within. It’s lonely at first, but when you conquer, it’s sooo rewarding!
Anyone can do it.

I get to bring a friend to class with me!
