🚨 OMG. 100% of the fraudsters charged today in California for “ghost daycares” stealing $10M are from:

Somalia, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan

DOJ dropped the full list of 12:

Fosiya Mohamoud, Somalia
Abdulrahman Alawad, Syria
Zetun Abdi, Somalia
Ikramullah Mohmmand, Afghanistan
Khetam Haouash, Syria
Khatera Hashimi, Afghanistan
Mariam Khamis, Sudan
Mohamad Alawad, Syria
Mazin Alawad, Syria
Turkiya Alawad, Syria
Zaryab Daudzai, Afghanistan
Cezar Yaqoob, Iraq

Charges include wire fraud and money laundering. Basically all of them engaged in the same scheme of operating a childcare in Gavin Newsom’s CA to take taxpayer funds

They submitted fake attendance records to take the money.

🚨🚨🚨Across July and August, the CDC reported a 17% increase in rabies-related inquiries compared to the same time in 2025.

The agency pointed to “several high-profile rabies outbreaks and mass rabies exposure events,” saying that they serve as reminders “of performing careful rabies risk assessments and following evidence-based recommendations for administering” rabies post-exposure prophylaxis care, or PEP.

Use of rabies vaccines and immunoglobulins is up 33% and 76%, respectively, this year, according to the CDC.

All Nevada hospice and home health providers are set to be reviewed over the next six months due to what officials call “elevated fraud risk.”

A temporary pause on hospice and home-health care licenses issued by the state and a six-month moratorium on new enrollments for Nevada Medicaid was officially approved and implemented on June 11.

Over the past few years, there has been a rapid increase in licensure and enrollment for hospice and home health providers, according to Chloe Chism, spokesperson of the Nevada Health Authority.

Chism said the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services identified Nevada as a state with an “elevated fraud risk” for hospice providers.
