We had such a great time at Fit4Mom in Downtown Summerlin this past weekend🫶🏻

Thank you for having us and for putting together such an incredible event. We loved meeting so many amazing moms, families, and members of the community while sharing more about Smee Wellness and the work we do.🪴

This event was especially bittersweet because it was our last event as interns. We’re so grateful for all the support, experiences, and memories we’ve made throughout this journey.

Wellness Wednesday, Earth day edition 🌎

Lemons and cucumber in the water to start the day!

Grounded ourselves with a sound bowl device - frequency 432 Hz supports a strong sense of harmony with nature 🍃

While grounding, utilized the Infrared Sauna Blanket at .lv to sweat out some toxins and to help reduce any muscle tension.
lv also offers Blue LED Oxygen Water therapies which enhances skin clarity in addition to the benefits of the water. You can see the oxygen right on your skin! Super beneficial 🩵

Spent times outdoors at school and participated in a painting and potting your own plant event to help connect with nature 💚🌱
