Schools can plan the curriculum, schedule, and assessments — but not whether each child is actually ready for it come September.

Readiness here isn't academic. It's being able to sit through a full day after ten weeks off, meet a new teacher and classmates, navigate group work and cafeteria dynamics, recover from a rough morning by second period, and raise a hand when something's hard.

This is where our mentors come in. In this back-to-school stretch, our mentors are checking in with kids to make sure they are ready to face the new school year. If your child is already signed up for our kids metorship program, this is already going on.

Sometimes you don't need to hear “I'm sorry” again.

You need to see that something has actually changed.

A couple can apologize for the same hurt over and over again… but if the behavior keeps repeating, the wound never really gets a chance to heal.

That’s the difference between an apology and accountability.

An apology acknowledges what happened.

Accountability changes what happens next.

If you've ever felt like you're having the same relationship conversation over and over again, you're not alone.

What do you think matters more in a relationship an apology or changed behavior?

When was the last time someone asked you how you were doing not just how your child was doing?

Parenting can be exhausting, especially when you're constantly planning, advocating, problem-solving, managing emotions, and trying to stay present for your child.

And if you're parenting a child with ADHD or other neurodevelopmental differences, that emotional load can feel even heavier.

But here's something every parent needs to hear:

Burnout doesn't mean you're a bad parent. ❤️

It may simply mean you've been carrying too much for too long without enough support.

If parenting has started to feel more like surviving than connecting, it's okay to ask for help.

Therapy and parental coaching can help you process the stress, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with the parent you want to be.

Most people think getting things done takes more discipline. So they try harder, feel worse, and get even less done.
The problem was never effort. The hardest part of any task isn't doing it; It's starting it.

Infidelity can change the way you see your relationship and even the smallest things can suddenly create doubt.

But rebuilding trust isn't about pretending nothing happened. It's about consistency, honesty, open communication, and showing through your actions that things can be different.

Can love and consistency rebuild trust after betrayal? What do you think?
