Some children with Autism or ADHD may become more reactive, dysregulated, hyperactive, or uncomfortable when certain foods are part of their daily routine.
This does not mean every child needs the same diet.
It means we need to look carefully at what may be affecting the gut, inflammation, sleep, behavior, focus, and daily regulation.
Common foods that may worsen symptoms in some children include artificial dyes, ultra-processed snacks, excess sugar, seed oils, artificial sweeteners, gluten, and dairy.
At Glow Pediatrics, we focus on identifying possible food triggers while also building a stronger nutrition foundation with protein, healthy fats, fiber, prebiotic foods, probiotic foods, and nutrient-dense whole foods.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is to understand your child’s body, reduce what may be contributing to symptoms, and create a realistic nutrition plan your family can actually follow.
Inside our 3-Day Gut Reset Intensive, I’ll teach you how to identify food triggers, support the gut, reduce inflammation, and create a practical nutrition plan for your child.
