A well done lip lift can be so elegant.

In a surgical lip lift, I remove a tiny sliver of skin under the nose to shorten the distance between the nose and top lip. This allows for some more tooth show and the appearance of a fuller pout. When I do them the goal is always tasteful and subtle.

Note: this beautiful patient also underwent a deep plane facelift and deep neck lift. The reduction of her “smile lines” is a result of her facelift, not lip lift.

We just checked up on this beautiful patient who is healing wonderfully 5 weeks after her:

✨ lower Blepharoplasty eyelid lift

We can’t really do “scarless” surgery, but we do have lots of techniques to hide incisions in places that will not be noticeable.

For a brow lift, we hide the incisions in the scalp hair.

Today I’m doing a facial rejuvenation on a beautiful 46 year old patient. She’s having:

One of the most gratifying procedures we do is otoplasty, or ear pinning. Often these patients have been self conscious about their appearance for a long time and it’s so fun to help restore their confidence.

Sedation: Otoplasty can typically be done in our office, under local anesthesia, rather than being “put to sleep.”

Age: Otoplasty can be done around the age of 5 at the earliest because the ear is about 80-85% full grown. And at this age you can hopefully prevent some school bullying by addressing the ears prior to entering kindergarten.
