Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital is a full-service, 25-bed critical access hospital serving the east Linn County communities of Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville and smaller neighboring Oregon communities. The hospital is one of Samaritan Health Services' five non-profit hospitals with the mission of building healthier communities together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the open house and ribbon cutting celebration at the Samaritan Behavioral Health & Recovery Clinic in Lebanon! ✨

It was wonderful to welcome community members, partners and supporters as we celebrated this important space dedicated to behavioral health and recovery services. Guests had the opportunity to tour the clinic, meet members of the care team and learn more about the services available.

Our team offers personalized care through residential and outpatient treatment, peer support and skill-building programs that empower individuals. Expanding these services in Lebanon helps improve access to care close to home for many people in our region. 💙

We’re grateful to everyone who helped make this special day possible and look forward to continuing to support the health and well-being of our communities!

Known for being steady, genuine and incredibly kind, Bryan has a remarkable ability to build trust where it is often hardest to find. As Clinic LPN Lead Back Office Supervisor at the GSR Walk-In Clinic and a nurse with Mobile Medicine, he creates meaningful connections with individuals experiencing homelessness, helping open the door to compassionate care 🤝 One nominator even described him as “the type of human you wish you could clone,” highlighting the deep impact he has on patients and colleagues alike ✨

Even on a busy night in the Emergency Department, taking time to explain what’s happening and communicate clearly and calmly can turn a stressful moment into a better one. One patient described Brody Gerig, RN, as “the best nurse I’ve had in a long while.” 💙

What a fun way to close out Celebrating Samaritans Week! Those brave enough to join in put their drawing and guessing skills to the test during Pictionary while enjoying gourmet caramels. 🎨 It took a lot of departments and leaders working together to make this week happen, and we’re grateful for every bit of it. We’re also incredibly thankful for all of our staff! 💙

Sky-high sundaes and paper airplanes? Say less! 🙌✈️ Ice cream was piled with toppings and once paper planes were in hand, it was time to see whose could fly the farthest. A friendly little competition and plenty of laughs made this Celebrating Samaritans day at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital a standout! 🍨

Midweek was all about food and movement at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital! 🌮 Staff gathered to enjoy a catered lunch from Rosie’s Cafe, then stepped out for a guided SamFit walk around campus. We're grateful for full plates, fresh air and a little time to recharge and enjoy being together. 🙌 We also want to give a huge thank you to our Nutrition Department for preparing a delicious meal!

Today brought color and a little creativity to Celebrating Samaritans Week at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. 🍹 Staff mixed up their own mocktail drinks, choosing between a fresh nojito or a classic mockmosa. The big question: are you Team Mint or Team Orange Juice? Either way, it was a refreshing and fun way to take a break and celebrate our amazing team! ☀️💙
