We offer case management services to people living with HIV, prevention/education information, syringe services, and HIV and Hepatitis C testing.

We serve folks in Orange & Windsor Counties in VT and Grafton & Sullivan Counties in NH. We've been around for almost 30 years; most people know us by our old name, A Community Resource Network (ACoRN). In 2011 we changed our name to better reflect what we do.

Throughout the month of November, the HIV/HCV Resource Center will receive a $1 donation for each $2.50 reusable Community Bag sold at our local Hannaford Supermarkets: 8 Market St, West Lebanon, NH! Thank you Hannaford Supermarkets for choosing our agency to receive this gift. The money earned will help our agency be able to purchase food for our food pantry.

Thank you Co-op Food Stores for allowing the HIV HCV Resource Center to sit in your lobby and solicit food donations for our food pantry. It was lovely to meet so many people and discuss the work we provide for the NH/VT Upper Valley.
And thank you to the folks who provided food and monetary donations. We hold so much gratitude.

The HIV HCV Resource Center is busy busy busy! Also on Friday September 25, 2026 please join us for a community wide syringe clean up in downtown White River Junction. We will provide all clean up supplies. If you have questions about harm reduction, come on down and have a conversation!

This Friday!

The HIV HCV Resource Center is proud to collaborate with the Co-op Food Stores on Friday September 25th for our first food drive! The Co-op Food Stores have helped our agency fill our clients bellies for the last several years. The HIV/HCV Resource Center and our clients are incredibly grateful for the community support.

The HIV/HCV Resource Center posted an S.O.S. for food pantry items a few weeks ago. Thank you to the folks who reached out and donated. Gratitude!

Our pantry shelves are still in need of items. Please visit us at the Lebanon Centerra location next Friday from 11:30am-4:30pm. We will be tabling in the entrance lobby. Here are a list of items we are happy to accept. All donations are tax deductible!
