There is nothing wrong with feeling disappointed when another negative test and someone else’s pregnancy announcement happen in the same week.

You’re human.

But I also want you to know this:

🫶 Just because you’re not pregnant *yet* doesn’t mean you have to keep sitting in uncertainty month after month.

One of the biggest mistakes I see women make during their fertility journey is assuming they just need more time when in reality, there may be important pieces of information missing.

🤔 Are you ovulating consistently?
🤔 Do you know your true fertile window?
🤔 Are mineral deficiencies impacting hormone production?
🤔 Are there imbalances that haven’t been uncovered yet?

These are the questions I help my clients answer every day.

Because while we can’t guarantee a positive pregnancy test, we *can* stop guessing and start understanding what your body needs.

And sometimes, that clarity is what you were really searching for all along 💜

Shauna Niequist once wrote that taking a pregnancy test felt like "puncturing the balloons of hope."

And I don't think I've ever heard the TTC experience described more accurately. Because after enough months, you're not just looking at a test.

You're looking at the nursery you've already imagined. The pregnancy announcement you've rehearsed in your head. The holidays you've pictured with a baby in your arms.

That's the real reason a negative test can feel so devastating. It's not just the result itself. It's the loss of the story you let yourself believe might finally be happening.

As a Functional Medicine Nurse, this is the part of the fertility journey I wish more people talked about.

😔 The emotional exhaustion of wanting something so deeply while feeling like you have no control over when it arrives.

Which is exactly why I believe women deserve more than "just keep trying" ✨

If you've been trying to conceive for months and still don't have answers, let's stop guessing.

✔️ Let's confirm ovulation is actually happening.
✔️ Let's identify your true fertile window.
✔️ Let's look at your minerals, hormones, and the patterns your body may be trying to show you.

Because while I can't guarantee a positive test, I can help you replace uncertainty with information and create a plan that's built specifically for your body.

And sometimes, having a roadmap makes it a little easier to keep believing that your story isn't over yet 💜

When you’ve been trying to conceive for a long time, it’s so easy to get trapped in the pain of the present moment.

You're constantly wondering how much longer you can keep doing this 😔

And while I never want to minimize how hard this season can be, I also never want my clients to lose sight of what they’re still moving toward.

✨ Because one day, your life WILL look completely different than it does right now.

One day, the thing that feels impossible today may become the very thing sitting in your arms at 3am.

And I know that doesn’t erase how difficult this season is. But sometimes, when everything feels heavy, we need help reconnecting to hope again.

Your story is still unfolding.

And if nobody has told you this lately: your future baby is going to be incredibly lucky to have a mother who already loves them this deeply 💜

Your period app predicting when you *might* ovulate is not the same thing as actually confirming ovulation.

Frankly, your period app doesn't confirm much at all because it's based on a cycle that ranges from 28-32 days. So if yours is anywhere outside of that, it's instantly unreliable.

😳 If ovulation is delayed, inconsistent, weak, or not happening at all, your app may still be telling you that you’re “fertile” based on a generic algorithm, while your body is doing something completely different.

That’s why I focus so heavily on actually CONFIRMING ovulation with my fertility clients.

I use the hormone tracker with my clients (aaaand every day for myself!), because it allows us to see real hormone levels throughout the cycle, including LH, estrogen, and progesterone.

✅ That allows us to identify when ovulation is approaching and confirm that it truly happened afterward.

That level of clarity changes EVERYTHING.

We'll know for CERTAIN your actual fertile window, connect symptoms to hormone patterns, and stop wasting months trying without the right information.

Because if you don’t know whether you’re ovulating (or when), you could be missing your best chances to conceive entirely.

Most women were never taught any of this, so don't think you've failed yourself. 💜

Together, we can find the answers!

One of the most common things I hear from women trying to conceive is:

“I’m tracking everything… but I still don’t know if I’m actually ovulating.” 🤔

And honestly? That uncertainty is exhausting.

Because when every cycle feels like guessing, it’s hard to know:
• If your timing is correct
• If ovulation is consistently happening
• Or if something deeper may be getting missed

This is exactly why I do NOT rely on just one fertility sign when working with clients.

Inside Fertility Maximizer, I help women look at the FULL picture using:
💜 Basal body temperature patterns
💜 Cervical mucus observations
💜 LH testing
💜 Progesterone confirmation
💜 Advanced hormone tracking

Because a positive LH strip alone doesn’t always tell us the full story‼️

Sometimes the body attempts ovulation… but doesn’t successfully complete it.😱

And when we uncover that early, it can completely change the direction of your fertility journey.

The truth is:
Your body is constantly giving clues about what your hormones are doing.

You just need someone who knows how to interpret the patterns correctly and help you understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

🕵️‍♀️ That’s where I come in.🕵️‍♀️

If you’re tired of guessing every month and want expert support understanding your cycle, ovulation patterns, and fertility health, I’d love to help.
